Yeah - I always thought that was related to the lack of ACPI support.
How to tackle this issue? There are some boards that do have ACPI support in coreboot, why not m57sli-s4?
Personally I would really prefer if we didn't need ACPI. Marc/Jordan - do you know if there's an easy way to short-circuit the PSB BIOS structure in the kernel powernow driver?
