Agree! All of them are inter-connected btw the 2 locations. (only CS is not)
> what Q4-1, Q5-1, R99-1 and R102-2 connects to on U5, if anything.

Q4-1 -> U9-CS#
 Q5-1 -> U5-CS#
 R99-1 -> VCC
 R99-2 -> BIOS_WP-1
 R102-2 -> ? (why does it matter?)
