My friend over at one of the 3 letter companies used to joke: "LinuxBIOS
is not Linux, it's just an ELF loader".

I enjoyed the looks when I told him "and for version 3 we even got rid
of the ELF loading" ...

Since we agreed upon SELF, I think the patch that implements SELF in v3
can also drop ELF loading in one step. Any takers?
