[coreboot] AMD RS690 and SB600 documents

Hi all,

The AMD SB600 public register document was released today! Along with 
the previously released RS690 and CPU documentation, coreboot should be 
able to fully support AMD RS690/SB600 platforms. Patches for the DBM690T 
development platform and RS690, and SB600 chipset will be available 
early next week. Until then, visit
