EPIA + CONFIG_VGABIOS works

Today I tried CONFIG_VGABIOS.
After a little bit of config hassle and fix to compile error,
it just worked.
Now I don't have to use ADLO.
I put VGA BIOS in flash rather than enablnig PCI option ROM
(it was just 0xFF 0xFF..).

I like this code, it is great development.
I should have tried this one first.
