[LinuxBIOS] Console for an embedded system, Hex inverter needed

I have an embedded system with serial console, but its inverted.  I 
would normally use a hardware hex inverter chip, but currently dont have 
any sitting around.  Is there a way in linux/minicom to do hex inverting 
on the fly?  Or to capture and then convert?
