[coreboot] Patch merged into coreboot/master: ca3198f armv7: jump to ELF image using stage_exit()

the following patch was just integrated into master:

armv7: jump to ELF image using stage_exit()

This is just to get us to the payload.

TODO: Do we want to implement any of the stuff from the x86 version,
    such as copying coreboot to a new location?
