Next release

FYI - I'm planning on tagging a new version of SeaBIOS.  Given the new
USB features, I think I'll call it v0.6.0.  I'll probably add the tag
in the next few days.

In the mean time, I'm going to be running through some tests and
fixing any defect I find.  If you know of any issues, please report
them.
