Your log indicates you are using coreboot and have compiled seabios
for qemu.  You need to compile seabios for coreboot.

( ) Build as Compatibilty Support Module for EFI BIOS

YES, USB keyboard does work! And yes, I was able to do almost impossible:
To boot in this sequence: IVB FSP -> Coreboot -> SeaBIOS -> GRUB 0.97 -> Linux 3.0.13 with Bare Metal capabilities.
