SeaBIOS has had PMM support for some time.  See src/pmm.c.

Hi Kevin,

First, I made a mistake, I was actually referring to the PnP support
because PMM is accessed through the PnP "interface". I did post
something about this a year ago:
http://www.seabios.org/pipermail/seabios/2011-October/002429.html.
Any new updates on that?
