Thanks.  What version of the IASL compiler do you see this issue on?
Can you provide a text snippet with a line or two from the before and
after lst formats?

Is there any reason we couldn't just change the original regex to:
^([0-9A-Fa-f]+)(:\s\s|....)\s*
