[SeaBIOS] [PATCH] ahci: set transfer mode according to the capabilities of connected drive

Use case: cf cards behind sata-ide bridge, which might not support
the default transfer mode.

Based on a patch by Werner Zeh ,
with some minor tweaks applied.
