[SeaBIOS] FDPT not registered when physical == logical ?!

Hello,

Reading fill_fdpt, I see that when
nlc == npc && nlh == nph && nlspt == npspt,
SET_IVT(0x41,etc.) is not done.  Shouldn't it be anyway?
