[SeaBIOS] [PATCH 0/6] pci patches

Hi,

Here is a collection of pci patches.  The first two go clearly into
the bugfix category.  Next two improve alignment a bit.  Patch 5
adds some debug logging.  Patch 6 adds etc/reserved-memory-end support.
