[PATCH v3] add acpi pmtimer support

This patch makes seabios use the acpi pmtimer instead of tsc for timekeeping. The pmtimer has a fixed frequency and doesn't need calibration, thus it doesn't suffer from calibration errors due to a loaded host machine. [PULL for-1.2] update seabios to 1.7.1

Hi, This pull updates seabios to the 1.7.1 version just released. The diff to the snapshot merged is only two patches, and the kind of patches (iasl buildfix, AMD PCscsi driver) can hardly cause regressions. I hope you can submit this patch series soon :) In the meanwhile I build an adapter for my current development platform to be able to connect a normal VGA monitor. Quite nice to have a mirrored dual screen setup. As I got VGA working I will also look into getting EDID via VGA etc. --- Christian Gmeiner, MSc

Add interface to EDID part. Now bios initialize code can register preferred mode from information of host OS.
