mb/google/skyrim: Disable unused SPI ROM types
By default, coreboot includes support for all the different types of SPI
ROMs. Excluding the unused ROM types shrinks ramstage by almost 4k.

Since each storage devices are behaving differently w.r.t handling CLK_REQ, for upcoming projects I have asked to allocate a FW_CONFIG bit to identify the storage type. We are probably late for that change in Skyrim program atleast for Whiterun.
May be Markarth has some time. Chao Gui to confirm that.

I prefer using SoC GPIO names over net names in the GPIO table for multiple reasons:
1) It aligns well with the action/operation being performed i.e. configuring SoC GPIO is more intuitive than configuring mainboard netnames.
2) Net names may not exist on certain designs - eg. reference design may have WWAN net names but individual variants/OEM designs may not use WWAN at all. Similarly some net names might be used in OEM designs and are not used in reference designs eg. PRIVACY_SCREEN_PROTECT
3) We move net names around sometimes - eg. in Guybrush we moved GSC_SOC_INT_L because some other GPIO was chosen incorrectly.
I agree with human readability part. If I am not wrong, CB:74512 probably is a major factor behind this change where we could have caught the issue during code-review if it were netnames instead of GPIO_NN. If so, we can just pick the updates to variants/baseboard/include/baseboard/gpio.h from this change and use them where we are configuring a hardware block - eg. in devicetree, port descriptors etc.

We haven't seen the issue on whiterun - they're using different SSDs on that project. It's not that eMMC is any way "more reliable", there was just an issue with a particular drive. There's no guarantee that some future eMMC device might not have a similar issue.

It'd be great if we could just get a field in the firmware configuration. I mean, helping decide what hardware in the machine is *exactly* what it's for.
Unless John is working on both whiterun and markarth, maybe we can refactor and update whiterun in a different commit instead of putting the responsibility on John.
