DO NOT MERGE: towiki-for-users branch: Also generate user targetted page.

The goal of this branch is to produce a page for users who are looking
    which board to buy.

For instance a user won't buy a board based on which superIO it has,
    so we can ommit that information.

Also the user will need to know how much blob-free is the board.
    That can also be generated from Kconfig.
