mb/ocp/tiogapass: Override SMBIOS data

1. SMBIOS type 1:
Override data from FRU product info area data, uuid from BMC.

2. SMBIOS type 2:
Override data from FRU board info area data, asset tag from
FRU product info area data.

3. SMBIOS type 3:
Override data from FRU chassis info area data, asset tag from
FRU product info area data.

4. SMBIOS type 4:
Override data from FRU chassis info area custom data.

Tested on OCP Tioga Pass.
