veyron: mickey sdram-lpddr3-samsung-2GB.inc now 40 Ohm
The value of 0x4 (60 Ohm) apperas to be causing lots of problems. Since 0x1 (34.3 Ohm) was _almost_ right, let's try 0x2 (40 Ohm) and hope it's the sweet spot.
