I have no idea why (yet) but a gnat built with this patch and a host GCC 12.2
fails to compile anything for me:
```
raised STORAGE_ERROR : System.Secondary_Stack.Allocate_Dynamic.Allocate_New_Chunk: secondary stack exhausted
```

I've made the follow up CB:76489 which is more invasive but seems to work
fine from host GCC 5.x on (I'm getting the same compiler output with any
host GCC, but didn't test binaries yet). Feel free to squash it. But
there are three more lines to drop in libhwbase/libgfxinit to satisfy new
warnings. So further pushing/build testing is probably just overhead for
a while.
