intel/kunimitsu: port the change from glados for enabling reading
    recovery mode.

BUG=chrome-os-partner:43683
    BRANCH=none
    TEST=build and boot on kunimits and successfully enter recovery mode
    by pressing “Esc + refresh + Power” keys.
