PS1, Line 43: Local groups and meetups are not organized by the coreboot project but
            : by affiliated individuals from the community.
The purpose of this disclaimer is to point out that these events aren't necessarily run by whoever could be considered "coreboot admin/owner/boss/you-name-it", but by their own event-specific organizers.

So for any feedback (be that praise, criticism, lawsuits), reach out to the point of contact listed with the event, not with "the coreboot project".

Maybe it could be stated more clearly, maybe something like the following?
> The events below take place on a regular basis. They're organized by individuals from the community for the benefit of the community but they're not official "coreboot project events." For details on any event please reach out to the point of contact given in the list below.
