gm45/gma.c: use screen on vga connector if connected
The intel x4x native graphic init works on gm45 to use the vga screen instead of the integrated lvds screen. This patch integrates it in gm45 in a way that the behavior is similar to vbios: If no vga display is connected the internal lvds screen is used. If an external screen is detected on the vga port it will be used instead.
