mb/intel/adlrvp: Correct HWIDs for ChromeOS devices

The current HWIDs for ADL RVP are reported as invalid by Chrome on
ChromeOS; fix it by generating new valid HWIDs with the following
commands:

./util/chromeos/gen_test_hwid.sh ADLRVPM
./util/chromeos/gen_test_hwid.sh ADLRVPN
./util/chromeos/gen_test_hwid.sh ADLRVPP
```
