Patch merged into coreboot/master: google/glados: disable power rails in sleep path

the following patch was just integrated into master:

google/glados: disable power rails in sleep path

For the rails controllable by the host processor through
    gpios turn them off in the sleep paths. The result is that
    S3 and S5 will turn off those rails.

    BRANCH=None
    TEST=Built and booted glados. Suspended and resumed.
