This is still not complete, as I was not able to change some configurations. Specifically, in intel/coffeelake_rvp/variants, as I do not know the PCIe addresses of some of the enabled root ports.
I tried to be careful, but I cannot guarantee that I did not mess up any configurations. I would appreciate anyone who can put some time into double-checking these changes.
