vendorcode/amd/agesa/f14/Makefile.inc: Use `btver1` for `march` switch

From chapter 3.17.17 of the GCC manual [1]:

‘btver1’
    	CPUs based on AMD Family 14h cores with x86-64 instruction set
    	support. (This supersets MMX, SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSSE3, SSE4A,
            CX16, ABM and 64-bit instruction set extensions.)

RAM stage on the ASRock E350M1 is eleven bytes bigger with gcc-4.8.real
    (Debian 4.8.2-19) 4.8.2.
