I am able to patch the blob, I have done it successfully. But I wonder about license. If it does not violate the law, I can push the AGESA blob with patched microcode.
AMD has allowed the coreboot project to merge the new microcodes into coreboot, therefore CB:28273 (f15tn) and CB:28370 (f16kb) updates have been merged into the opensource AGESA. So it seems to me that this particular modification activity (microcode updating) against this blob - is de facto allowed, provided that you don't modify anything else not related to the microcodes. In any case, feel free to submit your patched blob, and either it will be accepted or - if the things aren't clear enough - could be used as a reference.
