Patch merged into coreboot/master: 08539b3 snow/pit: include chromeos.c in romstage

the following patch was just integrated into master:

snow/pit: include chromeos.c in romstage

When CONFIG_CHROMEOS is enabled, both systems currently fail to build
    romstage due to undefined symbols.
