device: Constify struct device * parameter to acpi_fill_ssdt()
.acpi_fill_ssdt() does not need to modify the device structure. This change makes the struct device * parameter to acpi_fill_ssdt() as const.

device: Constify struct device * parameter to acpi_fill_ssdt()
.acpi_fill_ssdt() does not need to modify the device structure. This change makes the struct device * parameter to acpi_fill_ssdt() as const.
