moving the selection of the two new kconfig options to the ADL_CHROME_EC block below might fix the build failure, since that option gets only selected for the boards with chromeec support and all dependencies should be met for that case. if ADL_INTEL_EC or ADL_CHROME_EC will be selected depends on which board is selected; see line 72 and 73
