soc/sifive/fu540/Kconfig: Fix opensbi platform

commit 9a7a677 from opensbi project moved the fu540 platform to generic
code and commit 26998f3 from opensbi removed the old non generic
platform. Therefore opensbi platform needs to change to generic.
