I think this should go back to a clang-format-13 or clang-format-14 file.  clang-format-15 hasn't made its way into the package management systems of many popular distros, and the older versions of clang-format choke on the newer version of the file.

I mean, by default, debian buster still give you clang-format-11. :-/
