xeon-sp code is fully working and complete: check Documentation/mainboard/ocp/deltalake.md. Any future work needs to make sure not to regress. 
All Intel blobs (including FSP, ME) will be made public in the next days, OCP OSF for DeltaLake will be published in OCP GitHub soon after that; With this, anyone can build/run fully functioning host firmware for DeltaLake, to customize/improve it. We can also arrange a DeltaLake server for you to play with.
