Patch merged into coreboot/master: drivers/ti/tps65913: Set default values in Kconfig

the following patch was just integrated into master:

drivers/ti/tps65913: Set default values in Kconfig

Set default values for the hex and int kconfig symbols so they don't
    come up as undefined.
