src/arch/smbios.c: Allow mainboard to fill Vendor name

dmidecode output in kernel displays Vendor as "coreboot" which is
incorrect and should be allowed to fill from the respective mainboard.

TEST=dmidecode grep -i "Vendor" = <Vendor>
