For the next CR (https://review.coreboot.org/c/coreboot/+/80693),

UDK provides EDK basic data structures but is not FSP specific, while MRC data version is an FSP feature, hence the review loop agreed that to decouple the two is reasonable. As of now, MTL is the only SoC that uses MRC data version and hence the Kconfig is only added for MTL.
