mainboard/*/devicetree.cb: Toggle lacking IDE off

These boards do not have 'IDE' or emulation of IDE/PATA on the 6
    chipset supported SATA channels. Many of these boards only have =<4 AHCI
    ports mapped off the SATA channels.
