These files are generated when building FSP. Since IntelFSP on Github does not have the Tiger Lake FSP yet, the headers need to be somewhere so that the platform code can build.

Yes, the this version of header file will be released to github next week but we need to check it if we can use this emerge build now as this is initial version and we need to open more UPD for supporting full functionalities. This patch will be initial baseline and we'll keep update header file based on new FSP and more upd open up request.
