PS6, Line 12: For most AMD platforms PICM default changes from 1 to 0.

AMD changed to default 0 with Picasso. From what I remember, OSPM is unable to query the state of the varible, only has _PIC() method to tell which one it is going to use.

Now, if there was an ACPI aware payload that did not call _PIC() method prior to evaluating the interrupt routes, _PRT() the default would matter.
