mb/google/guybrush: Add support to override dxio port descriptors

SD_AUX_RESET_L GPIO has moved to a new GPIO on an upcoming hardware
build. DXIO engine needs to be configured with the updated reset gpio.
Hence add support to override/update the dxio descriptors in a variant
specific way.

BUG=b:188542497
TEST=Build and boot to OS in Guybrush. Ensure that SD card functionality
is fine on board version 1 and 2.
