nit: If it's no longer experimental, should it still say "EXP" here?
I'd recommend to drop `EXP` when we start using `ARCH_ALL_STAGES_X86_64` over `ARCH_ALL_STAGES_X86_32` as default. But this would require more testing, especially non-generic code, legacy code like oprom handling and silicon blob interactions.
