not sure what you are asking for here. The entire purpose of this patch is to move the APCB from the blobs repo to the mainboard dir in coreboot

It means we're moving the APCB data to the mainboard dir, as was already done with the other listed AMD mainboards. How APCB files are created doesn't seem particularly relevant
