mb/ocp/tiogapass: Override SMBIOS data

Override SMBIOS type 1 from FRU product info area data, uuid from BMC.
Override SMBIOS type 2 from FRU board info area data, asset tag from
FRU product info area data.
Override SMBIOS type 3 from FRU chassis info area data, asset tag from
FRU product info area data.
Override SMBIOS type 4 from FRU chassis info area custom data.

Tested on OCP Tioga Pass.
