The below OS commands can be used to verify the Nominal Performance and Nominal Frequency:

cat /sys/bus/cpu/devices/cpuX/acpi_cppc/nominal_perf
cat /sys/bus/cpu/devices/cpuX/acpi_cppc/nominal_freq

Where X is 0,1,2,3,4..
