Patch merged into coreboot/master: 0d06b2d crossgcc: Build mipsel-elf, not mips-elf

the following patch was just integrated into master:

crossgcc: Build mipsel-elf, not mips-elf

The build system expects mipsel, and it's the more
    precise name, too.
