Patch merged into coreboot/master: arch/riscv/tables: remove confusion over write_tables()

the following patch was just integrated into master:

arch/riscv/tables: remove confusion over write_tables()

Apparently the memo was missed about the write_tables()
    signature. Fix the confusion.
