Documentation: Make real time chats look less "official"

Instead of sending people to four different services where they
might or might not get an answer, refer to the most reliable venue,
our mailing list.

It follows that GSoC students also won't need to be present on IRC
(although they can, of course.)

The real time chat options are still listed, but with a focus on
helping people find coreboot folks on whatever service they're
already using.
