For proper power sequencing of the SSD, you will likely need to enable power for SSD here as well, i.e.

`PAD_CFG_GPO(GPP_D3, 1, DEEP),`

You have already sequenced SSD_PERST_L correctly (asserted in bootblock, deasserted in romstage) 👍
