Patch merged into coreboot/master: b0aec8f usbdebug: Fix build for ROMCC boards

the following patch was just integrated into master:

usbdebug: Fix build for ROMCC boards

Header file is not compatible with romcc, just drop it as a romstage
    built with romcc cannot use usbdebug anyway.
